To strengthen the standardization of project seal usage and enhance the awareness of seal management, our company's risk control center organized a seal promotion meeting on April 13th, with the participation of seal operators and representatives from various departments. The meeting was chaired by Gong Jianda from the risk control department of the risk control center.

This promotional meeting mainly provided detailed explanations on document management, seal usage process, and other aspects, while also promoting legal knowledge related to seals. Gong Jianda emphasized the need for unified management of various types of seals, the need for complete procedures for using seals, and the need to fill out applications when carrying official seals. Finally, each department provided feedback on the issues that had arisen during the seal use process, and the seal management personnel also provided answers one by one. The main idea was to strengthen seal use supervision in each department, increase details and risk control in the risk control department, and ensure process monitoring in the human resources management center. We will work together from multiple aspects to ensure the safety of seal use.

This meeting not only emphasized the importance of daily seal management, but also increased the importance of seal management among all project personnel, deepening their understanding of seal legal knowledge.
