On March 28, 2023, Jiangxi Qianhai Guoxin Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Guoxin Technology Group, successfully passed the certification of "Approved Exporter" under the guidance of Nanchang Customs Tariff Office and Ganjiang New Area Customs. Based on this, Jiangxi Qianhai Guoxin Electronics Co., Ltd. has become the first Chinese customs' approved exporter 'in Nanchang City.

One of the highlights of RCEP is the implementation of the "Approved Exporter" system, which is an important facilitation measure for origin certification introduced by the General Administration of Customs. Enterprises that are "approved exporters" do not need to apply for a certificate of origin from customs one by one when exporting their goods. They can independently issue a declaration of origin at any time, which is equivalent to the certificate of origin issued by customs. This can reduce the economic costs of customs clearance, improve customs clearance efficiency, and enable enterprises to arrange the production and export of goods more flexibly. It is of great significance for improving the international competitiveness of enterprises.
