In order to further strengthen seal management, ensure the standardization of seal operation, and build a solid foundation for seal risk management, Guoxin Technology organized a training and publicity meeting on "Post-printing document cancellation System/Daily printing process/Payment Process" on April 16. This training activity adopted a combination of online and offline learning mode, and colleagues in various workplaces actively participated to jointly improve the awareness and operational skills of printing standards.   

    The training content is detailed and rich, mainly covering the archiving and invalidation of post-press documents, daily printing operation and other contents, in-depth analysis of the various risks that may be caused by improper handling of post-press documents, prompting employees to fully realize the necessity of standardized printing, and provide clear operating procedures for the archiving, inquiry, invalidation and other links of post-press documents to help employees identify steps. Avoid omissions. At the same time, it carefully interprets the common complex matters and common problems in the daily printing process, such as the processing of special printing scenarios and emergency printing processes, so as to ensure that employees can properly cope with various situations in actual work.

    The training also increased the summary question and answer session, in order to mobilize the enthusiasm of the on-site training personnel, encourage everyone to actively participate in the discussion, share experience, raise doubts, through brainstorming, mutual exchanges, to improve the understanding and grasp of all participants on the management norms of printing.

    In the next step, Guoxin Technology will further strengthen the management of the use of seals, optimize the management of the use of seals by strengthening education and training, strengthening supervision and inspection, comprehensively improve the standardization of the use of seals, effectively prevent all kinds of printing risks, and protect the normal operation and legitimate rights and interests of the company.
